It's a great concept, nice size. But the outside of the silicone insert would flake after using it on the warmer. I thought maybe it only happened after the first use but it flakes every time, and it's very messy to clean up. I ended up throwing it away.\n\nUpdate: Seller issued a refund. Thank you for your great customer service!\n\nUpdate 2: Seller also sent out a replacement and a sample soy wax melt. The liner works as expected when using soy wax, so I'm guessing the wax I was using was paraffin, which caused the issue described above. Overall, wonderful service from the seller, and great product when used with compatible wax. I highly recommend. ??
