A gorgeous vintage Fenton Thumbprint Compote/Comport, with ruffle edge.  Filled with a highly scented soy candle.  Scented with Sweet Strawberry fragrance oil.  Ripened strawberry nuances with a fresh green balance open this fruity blend.  Soft sheer musky base notes are balanced with a sugary accord to complete a sweet ripe fruity sensation.  It is estimated to have been made in the 1960s. To create any given piece, master craftsman would blow molten glass into hand-carved molds. Pieces were then removed after cooling and reheated to allow the artisans to create Fenton’s signature flirty edges or special spouts.
