This candy dish is an amazing color.  Perfect for any collection or home.  This piece measures 5" x 8.5" and is near flawless.  I have not seen one in better condition in this color yet.  The only flaw, if it would be called that, are some air bubbles inside the glass itself from manufacturing.  The lid has no chips which I find amazing due to its age.

L.E. Smith Glass Company was founded by "Lew" Smith in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, in 1907. The company is known for the glassware it produced from 1910 to 1921 at its factory in nearby Mount Pleasant. There, L.E. Smith manufactured mustard jars (along with the mustard that filled them), fruit jars, jelly jars, and headlights for Henry Ford's Model T, among many other products.
